P.S.L. DISCIPLINE GUIDELINES
Please read before going any further into the website.
Please review these guidelines periodically.
1. Any member repeatedly using foul, obscene or vulgar language will be subject to the following actions:
– 1st offense: A warning issued by the tourney host, with support from the Tournament Director, or the Assistant Tournament Director.
– 2nd offense: A formal warning by the PSL Administrators.
– 3rd offense: A one week suspension.
– 4th offense: Ejection from PSL
2. Any abuse by one member directed to another member will not be tolerated and will be subject to the following actions:
– 1st offense: A 2 week suspension.
– 2nd offense: Ejection from PSL.
3. Any accusations of cheating will be thoroughly investigated by the PSL Administrators. Any member PROVEN to have cheated will be immediately ejected from PSL.
4. Any accusations of cheating that are found to be totally false by an investigation of PSL Administrators will be considered as abuse toward another member and handled accordingly. See #2.
5. Anyone being disruptive in a tourney room (this includes sexual innuendoes) will be subject to the following actions:
– 1st offense: A warning issued by the tourney host, with support from the Tournament Director, or the Assistant Tournament Director.
– 2nd offense: Formal warning by the PSL Administrators.
– 3rd offense: Suspension from PSL for one week.
– 4th offense: Ejection from PSL.
6. Any member misrepresenting themselves in PSL by use of a second name or impersonating another member will be considered disruptive and will be subject to immediate ejection from PSL.
7. Anyone committing multiple infractions in one night will be subject to the PSL Administrators’ discretion as to severity of discipline.
8. Any member exhibiting complete disregard and/or disrespect to an Administrator will be subject to following actions:
– 1st offense: A formal suspension by the PSL Administrators for 30 days.
– 2nd offense: Ejection from PSL. (This will remain on PSL record permanently even after 6 months of exemplar behavior.)
9. Any infractions not covered by the above guidelines will be handled at the PSL Administrators’ discretion.
10. Anyone having previously received a warning or suspension but has shown exemplar behavior and attitude for 6 months since the occurrence will have those actions removed from their PSL record.
11. Anyone who submits to resign or quit the league to any of the Administrators in the form of lobby chat, e-mail, or any instant messenger will have to wait a minimum of 6 months before they can reapply to return to the league. Under certain circumstances will a minimum of 3 months be applied.
Addendum: While Resigned, Suspended or Banned, you can NOT play in any of our tournaments under any name. This also includes all Open Tournaments.
